When you as a customer return an item, a cost of 69 SEK/69 DKK/8 € for the return shipping label is deducted from your refund.
You will receive an email from us when your return has been received. Refund of the returned products occurs after we have received and inspected the products. Any shipping costs remain and are not refunded.
With us, you have, with a few exceptions, a 14-day return right from the day you received the item. The return right does not apply if the item is custom-made for you, e.g., custom-fitted riding boots or helmets with unique designs. When returning the item, it must be unused, have all tags intact, and be returned in the original packaging.
Fill in that you want to exchange your product for another size and we will do it when your item has returned to us.
Uncollected items are returned to us.
For all packages that are not collected, we reserve the right to charge you for shipping fees, handling fees, and processing fees, currently:
Returns are not accepted if the packaging or seal is broken. (Applies to items such as supplements, advent calendars, and underwear)
For returns of products that are no longer in original condition (e.g., dirt stains, no original packaging), the item will be returned to the customer, or a reasonable amount will be deducted from the refund. Svensk Ridsport decides how the case is handled on a case-by-case basis.
