Prob Shampoo from Ekholms is a gentle grooming shampoo with a soothing effect on sensitive and irritated skin. Dissolves skin deposits and dandruff. It is re-fatting and effectively cleansing, enhances colors and gives a beautiful shine to the coat.
The shampoo contains extra oils and is therefore very re-fatting for skin and coat even with frequent washing.
It has a very cleansing effect and is also used as a grooming shampoo because it enhances colors effectively without bleach or dyes. Effectively removes urine stains, discolorations, and dirt. Gives a nice shine to the coat. Contains minimal emulsifiers, so the bottle should be shaken before use.
The shampoo contains, among other things, pine tar and is a fantastic summer shampoo due to the tar scent. The scent almost completely disappears once the coat is dry.

Instructions for use:
- Wet the coat with water and work the shampoo into the coat.

The Oil:
PROB Oil from Ekholms is a re-fatting alcohol and tar-based oil for dry and irritated skin. The oil has a good effect against itching caused by insect bites and sun. For example, the itching may be on the mane crest and tail root.
Easy to apply through dense coats, mane crest, and tail root as it is very runny in consistency. The oil is economical and absorbs quickly into the skin, leaving no stickiness in coat, mane, or tail, and no risk of burns in strong sunlight.
We recommend testing the product on a small area (coin test) the first time you use the oil to ensure the horse does not react negatively. It contains alcohol and may feel strong to some horses. In case of irritation, wash with soap and water and discontinue use. Avoid eyes and airways.
Instructions for use: Apply dropwise to the skin at about 5 centimeter intervals. The oil is very liquid and spreads easily over a larger area with a light massage of the hair a few seconds after application. Apply first every third day, as long as needed, then as required. Try to find the interval that suits your horse. It may be enough a few times a week, once a week, while others use it daily.
