The boots are waterproof yet breathable, preventing mud and dirt from reaching the legs. The loose fit allows air to circulate to keep the legs as cool as possible under the boots. The leg protectors feature a reinforced PU section that protects against brushing and knocks when the horse moves. The lower part fits more snugly around the hoof like a pair of boots and also acts as protection against mud and moisture. The boot section is reinforced with Kevlar at the back for better durability. The boots fit securely and prevent them from riding up, thus reducing the risk of mud getting inside.
