Tendon Grip Gel is a sock made of nylon/lycra that is coated with a high concentration of mineral oil to moisturize and protect the skin.
Perfect protection and treatment against chafing, irritations, and other injuries. Also used for the treatment of hypertrophic scars and keloids (raised, thickened scars). Ideal if the horse is sensitive to protection after clipping, etc.
- Ideal for horses that are sensitive around the bulbs but need to wear boots.
- Use Tendon Grip Gel under boots and tape it to the hoof with, for example, duct tape or hoof tape.

Another excellent use for this product is if the horse easily gets chafing from the girth; turn the sock inside out so the gel side is facing outwards and pull it over the girth, then slide it down as far as needed.
