LeMieux's self-cooling saddle pad is made with the innovative FeelCool ¨ Ice material, which has a cooling crystal woven into the fabric. This is activated by heat and moisture; the more there is, the greater the cooling effect! The crystals have incredible heat absorption properties that gradually absorb and transport sweat away from the horse. Under extreme conditions, a reverse rapid cooling effect is created once the heat and moisture have disappeared.
The back panel in carbon mesh reduces any pressure over the withers and back and allows heat to rise and escape through the top of the saddle pad.
The inner lining is made of the same self-cooling fabric as the top, which is soft, friction-free, and ensures that the entire saddle pad breathes and wicks away moisture.
