LeMieux's self-cooling saddle pads are made with the innovative FeelCool ¨ Ice material, which has a cooling crystal woven into the fabric. This is activated by heat and moisture; the more there is, the greater the cooling effect! The crystals have incredible heat absorption properties that gradually absorb and transport sweat away from the horse. In extreme conditions, a reverse rapid cooling effect is created once the heat and moisture have disappeared.
The spine panel in carbon mesh reduces any pressure over the withers and back and allows heat to rise and escape through the top of the pad.
The lining is made of the same self-cooling fabric as the top side, which is soft, friction-free, and ensures that the entire pad is breathable and moisture-wicking.
