The outer material is made of polycarbonate (transparent thermoplastic with exceptional durability) which is used for motorcycle helmets, among other things. It is covered with a glossy black color. The inner shell is made of polystyrene with varying density to better disperse the 'energy' from a possible impact.
The helmet is cut a few mm on the inside at the front to eliminate pressure on the forehead, providing an incredibly high comfort level. This design also allows air to circulate more easily when wearing the helmet. There are discreet ventilation holes along the trim at the top and at the back of the neck that let air in and out, keeping you as cool as possible when using the helmet.
The shell comes in 3 different sizes, and the size is adjusted with pads of different sizes. This system also allows younger children in a growing stage to use the helmet without outgrowing it, as you can easily change the size of the pad instead of replacing the helmet.
The inner pads are easily attached and removed with a strong clip function and can be washed as needed to keep the helmet feeling fresh.

The pads come in two models: Shadowmatt-pad which gives more of a 'regular' helmet feel as it goes all the way around the head like a cap. Premium-pad is shaped like a 'T' and leaves the forehead completely free, eliminating pressure entirely and ventilating better.
Note: The Shadowmatt pad may feel one size smaller than the Premium pad due to its design.
