MAGASIN – PERMANENT SURFACE PROTECTION FOR, FOR EXAMPLE, TACK ROOMS AND FEED ROOMS

Magasin is a permanent surface protection for floors made of concrete, self-leveling compound, brick, or cement. In many stables and machine buildings, the raw surface is almost always left untreated. An untreated floor of, for example, concrete or self-leveling compound is a porous surface that releases dust with every friction. By applying Magasin, the floor becomes incredibly easy to clean and completely dust-free.

Magasin consists of two parts and is the perfect surface protection for your tack room, feed room, machine hall, barn, or similar. The product gives the floor a surface protection in the form of a "lacquer film" that forms on the surface, which strengthens and protects your floor from wear. Magasin penetrates deeply into the substrate and the floor becomes completely dust-free, much easier to keep clean, and stain-resistant. The product is vapor-permeable, i.e., it allows moisture from the substrate to escape but creates a liquid-tight surface. Magasin is manufactured in Sweden and is both user-friendly and environmentally friendly.

Magasin should not be applied to surfaces where horses with shoes walk on the floor. The surface protection can make it slippery for horses with metal shoes.

Magasin part 1 and part 2 are easy to apply. The idea is that you should be able to finish the treatment in a couple of hours. The floor needs to have a temperature of at least 10°C during application.

1. Clean the surface by sweeping, rinsing, or vacuuming. Surfaces to be coated must be clean and dry during application.

2. Part 1: Use a pressure sprayer and spray the product over the floor, then spread the product evenly with a short-haired cleaning tool (micro mop or similar), or a soft broom. Drying time is about 1–4 hours depending on temperature and ventilation in the stable.

3. Part 2: When Magasin part 1 has dried, apply part 2 in the same way as above.

Material consumption: 5 liters of part 1 and part 2 is enough for about 100m².
