Neck for outdoor rugs from Kentucky

Fits perfectly with Kentucky's turnout rugs. These are available in two different thicknesses. Either 0G or 150G.

The outer shell is made of 600D ripstop fabric, making it robust and strong against various weather conditions. Easily attaches to the rug with four strong Velcro fasteners.

Closes at the front with two strong Velcro closures.
