Madeleine is a three-piece Bridoon in titanium, but can also be used as a snaffle bit. The design is simple, unique, and designed with the horse's maximum comfort in mind. The entire bit, including the joints, is 100% soft, creating softness and freedom in the mouth.
The joints are designed to never press against the palate. The mouthpiece naturally follows the mouth while relieving pressure from the bars. Madeleine is a perfect solution for the sensitive horse that easily gets pressure sores in the mouth.
The light weight and straightness help for a clearer contact with the horse.

Fager's mouthpiece always has a horizontal shape and therefore never has a large forward bend. Thus, there is always a correct balance point (BP) in the mouth, creating stability and clarity in your rein aids. With a larger forward bend, you also move the balance point, which stops the effectiveness of the aids.
This design also prevents injuries such as sores, pressure sores, and chafing on the bars.
We recommend having the Bridoon in the same size as your snaffle bit, the curb bit can be ½ -1cm larger.
Thanks to the straight design and low weight, your aids become more direct and quick.
