The support can be beneficial if you have unstable ankles, for strains or sprains, joint injuries, or inflammations. It can also facilitate the healing process after surgeries or injuries in the ankle.

For assistance with acute injuries, inflammations, or swelling, the support can be cooled by placing it in the refrigerator (do not freeze).
