The new structure of "bubbles" in a horizontal airflow pattern provides even more effective air circulation and shock absorption. In addition to the design creating a cushion-like effect every time they are compressed, the air is also pushed through the pockets, which helps keep the horse's back drier than with many other gel pads.

The design also means that less material needs to be used, making the pad about 20% lighter compared to its predecessor.

This model is thicker at the front to fill in if the saddle is a bit too wide or if the horse is a bit hollow at the withers.
