The brass-colored wheel is significantly thicker and more rounded than the usual wheels, making the spur gentler for the horse. Upon contact with the horse, it rolls smoothly and reduces the risk of chafing, excellent for horses with sensitive coat/skin. The spurs are rubber-coated to protect the boots and prevent the spur from sliding down as easily. Made of high-quality stainless steel that can be slightly reshaped for optimal fit.
