Thanks to its layered structure of interwoven fibers, the carbon fiber shell offers exceptional impact resistance while being incredibly light (weight of the Voronoï helmet: +/-650gr).

The inner shell of Voronoï is made of EPS, one of the most shock-absorbing materials on the market. A rib reinforces the structure and ensures crush resistance.
Freejump has drawn its inspiration from bicycle and ski helmet technology by integrating a polycarbonate disc directly on top of the EPS. This molded technique of EPS with polycarbonate, combined with the outer shell of carbon fiber, offers exceptional impact resistance thanks to this 3-layer construction.
The helmet comes with a liner system so that the helmet can be easily adjusted and comes without it as standard.
