Sprenger's popular Dynamic RS bits are available in many different versions.
This model is a 3-piece bit with fixed D-shaped rings.
The Dynamic RS is designed to sit anatomically correctly between the tongue and the palate, applying the mildest possible pressure on the sensitive parts of the horse's mouth. The central link is angled forward at 45° to provide the gentlest possible pressure on the tongue. The outer links are shaped to follow the contour of the tongue, making the rein aid more precise and effective without being harsh. When used correctly, the Dynamic RS mouthpiece encourages good contact even with sensitive horses.
The bit is made from Sprenger's renowned Sensogan, which is nickel-free and promotes saliva production, encouraging a more honest contact with the bit. The arrow on one side of the bit should be placed at the left corner of the mouth and point forward, ensuring the bit is positioned correctly.
