Eggbett Segundo from Bombers.
The Segundo mouthpiece provides significant tongue relief while maintaining even pressure across the bars and encourages the horse to maintain light contact. They generally find it harder to put their tongue over or cling to the bit.
Eggbett prevents the horse from being pinched in the lips/corners of the mouth by the bit rings and provides a more stable feeling against the face. It also prevents the bit from sliding through the mouth. The release is somewhat slower, and it also applies slight pressure on the neck.
The bit is made of sweet iron and will lose its color over time and become slightly rusty. Be careful to dry the bit thoroughly after each use to prevent it from rusting too much and becoming rough.
