This high-quality turnout rug from Waldhausen combines comfort, functionality, and durability in one rug. It is made from robust 1200 denier ripstop material that is both waterproof (3000 mm water column) and breathable, making it a reliable choice for all weather conditions.

The rug features a smart multi-layer filling – 150 g along the back where the horse loses the most heat and 50 g on the sides for a lighter feel and better fit. This provides tailored protection for the sensitive back area while avoiding unnecessary weight for the horse.

The new V-front closure with extra hook-and-loop fastener, as well as kick pleat for full freedom of movement, ensures the rug sits securely and comfortably. For increased safety in the dark, it is equipped with reflective piping and reflective print on the extra-large tail flap.
