Opening arm in aluminum mounted at the top to avoid accumulation of sand and dirt. Comfortable flex and provides good balance. Wide and stable footplate made of stainless steel with spikes that provide good grip. 

Long horizontal holes in the lower part of the footplate prevent accumulation of sand and dirt, providing optimal grip under all conditions.
