The Royal back warmer has an ergonomically designed shape to follow the horse's body. The quilted material provides extra stability and form. The back warmer is lined with Welltex® technology that reflects the body's natural heat in the form of long-wave infrared energy.
In a study conducted by students at the Hippology program in Strömsholm, Back on Track's first version of the back warmer for horses was examined. The aim was to find out, with the help of riders and veterinarians, if it can have a positive effect on the horse's back activity and suppleness during riding. The results showed a clear improvement in both the back's mobility and a reduced tension in the horse.
The back warmer is perfect during breaks at competitions as well as before and after training for relaxation and injury prevention. Always follow the washing instructions on the product label. Machine wash 40°C, gentle cycle. Use regular detergent. Do not wash with bleach or fabric softener. Do not dry clean. Do not iron. Air dry, do not tumble dry.
