The neck can be used in combination with the Turnout Rug All Weather Waterproof Pro. The outer fabric is made of polyester, making the neck very strong, durable, and dirt-repellent. It is treated with a coating that is both waterproof and breathable, allowing it to withstand all kinds of weather conditions. The inside is made of artificial rabbit fur for extra warmth and comfort. It protects both the neck and mane from chafing. It is attached with four strong and durable hooks and loops on the inside of the neck piece, so there is no gap between the neck and the rug where water could seep in. Two strong fastenings under the neck for artificial leather for a classic look at the front.
