Before training, treatment with liniment is an excellent way to prepare and warm up the muscles before physical warm-up. Liniment Blue provides a pleasant warmth that helps the muscles prepare for quick recovery. With its dual action, it effectively stops an internal bleeding from escalating, which is the purpose of the cooling effect. As the cooling effect subsides, the warming effect of the product brings fresh, healthy blood to the area, helping to heal the injury. Liniment Blue is mild and can therefore be used as often as needed.
