Difference bridle with Aachen noseband by Dyón.

Dyón's Difference bridle differs from regular bridles.

On the Difference bridle, the headpiece is moved further back behind the horse's ears and sensitive poll area. In the area closest to the ears, there are many nerves and blood vessels, and there is no bone structure to protect the horse from pressure. When the sensitive area behind the horse's ears is exposed to pressure, it can cause discomfort and irritation in many horses. The pressure can affect nerves, muscles, and blood flow, which in turn can negatively impact breathing, vision, hearing, and balance. Some horses, who tilt their heads, or shake their heads a lot and where, for example, headshaking has been suspected, stop immediately when switching to a Dyón Difference bridle.

With the Dyón Difference bridle, you get a completely different placement of the headpiece, thus relieving this sensitive area entirely.

The Dyón Difference bridle is designed in collaboration with Peder Fredricson, Lisen Bratt Fredricson & Equality Line.

  • Anatomical & therapeutic bridle in the softest leather.
  • The headpiece leaves the back of the ears, the poll, and its sensitive nerves free.
  • Cross fastening under the jaw to keep the bridle in place behind nerve centers & ears.
  • Narrow, square-raised Aachen noseband.
  • Cream-colored stitching.
  • Buckles in genuine brass.
