The bit is good for, among other things, horses that chew a lot on regular bits, as the small ring for the cheek piece makes it very stable in the mouth. The bit's slightly larger rings provide better support for the horse during bending and turning. The mouthpiece on this bit follows the horse's natural shape and applies even pressure on the horse's tongue.
The bit is made of stainless steel and a sweet copper mouthpiece, which provides better acceptance. The sweet-tasting copper is particularly well accepted by horses and promotes salivation.
