Bit from Trust Equestrian.
Full cheek bits are often good for horses that do not follow the hand as desired. Can be used with one or two reins. Most often used with two reins, one attached to the bit ring and the other at the end of the gag straps.
Trust bits are handmade and made of sweet iron, which has a sweet taste and stimulates saliva production. Over time, the bits will lose their blue color and become rust-colored.
Make sure to dry the bits properly after riding.
Cheek bars are particularly good for young horses or horses that are difficult to turn. When the rider pulls on one rein, the cheek bar on the opposite side helps to move the horse's head in the right direction and facilitate steering.
