Snaffle Comfort Thin soft mouthpiece from Beris.

Comfort thin, the mouthpiece has the same design as the Comfort Bar but is only 15mm thick. Recommended for horses that do not have very spacious mouths, as well as ponies. The Weymouth bit in this model has become very popular for horses that have difficulty accommodating both a thicker curb bit and a bradoon in the mouth.

The Beris Comfort Bar is an anatomically shaped bit with even pressure over the tongue and bars. The slightly curved center section still leaves some room for the tongue so that the pressure does not become too great. The bit sits very quietly and gently in the mouth, and thanks to the slightly flexible mouthpiece, it is often appreciated by sensitive and young horses.

The loose rings provide more direct contact with the mouth and also a quicker release, and do not as easily invite horses to "lean" on the bit. The rings run smoothly through a copper sleeve. This sleeve also makes the bit less prone to wear at the rings and therefore gives the bit a longer lifespan. These rings are smaller than standard rings.
