The support can be beneficial if you have unstable ankles, in cases of strains or sprains, joint injuries, or inflammations. It can also facilitate the healing process after surgeries or injuries to the ankle.

For help with acute injuries, inflammations, or swelling, the support can be cooled by placing it in the refrigerator (do not freeze).
