Here you can order your return shipping label if you need to send back an item.
The package should include the following information on a note, even if you have been in contact with us about the return via email, phone, etc.
(A completed form is available on the back of your order confirmation that was included in the package you received from us)

• Full name
• Address
• Phone number
• Order number
• Reason for return/exchange
• What you wish to exchange to

The shipping label is automatically created after the order has been received and is emailed to the specified email address.
NOTE: Don't forget to check if your return shipping label has ended up in the spam folder.

Don't have a printer?
Add a comment to the order and inform us about this, and we will send a QR code via SMS.

This image should NOT be printed, it is not a valid return shipping label.
Your shipping label will be emailed to you when we see that we have received an order for it.

NOTE: The item should be well packed in a bag/box upon return, as it is sent from us.
The return shipping label must NOT be taped/glued to the original packaging (e.g., directly on a helmet/boot box).
Damaged original packaging will be charged 150kr.
