Here you can order your return shipping label if you need to send an item back.
The package must include the following information on a note, even if you have already contacted us about the return by email, phone, etc.
(A ready-made form is available on the back of your order confirmation included in the package you received from us)

• Full name
• Address
• Phone number
• Order number
• Reason for return/exchange
• What you wish to exchange for

The shipping label is automatically created after the order has been received and will be emailed to the specified email address.
NOTE: Don't forget to check if your return shipping label has ended up in your spam folder.

Don't have a printer?
Add a comment to your order and inform us about this, and we will send you a QR code via SMS.

This image should NOT be printed, it is not a valid return shipping label.
Your shipping label will be emailed to you when we see that we have received an order for it.

NOTE: The item must be well packed in a bag/box for return, as it was sent from us.
The return shipping label must NOT be taped/glued to the original packaging (e.g., directly on a helmet/boot box).
Damaged original packaging will be charged 150 SEK.
