The outer shell of Freejump's riding helmet Voronoï is designed in carbon fiber. Carbon fiber is a high-tech material. Thanks to its layered structure of interwoven fibers, the carbon fiber shell offers exceptional impact resistance while being incredibly lightweight (weight of the Voronoï helmet: +/-650g).

The inner shell of the Voronoï is made of EPS, one of the most shock-absorbing materials on the market. A rib reinforces the structure and ensures crush resistance.
Freejump has drawn inspiration from bicycle and ski helmet technology by integrating a polycarbonate plate directly on top of the EPS. This molded EPS and polycarbonate technology, combined with the outer carbon fiber shell, offers exceptional impact resistance thanks to this 3-layer construction.
The helmet is available with a liner system so that the helmet can be easily adjusted and comes without it as standard.
