The outer shell of Freejump's riding helmet Voronoï is designed in carbon fiber. Carbon fiber is a high-tech material. Thanks to its layered structure of interwoven fibers, the carbon fiber shell offers exceptional impact resistance while being incredibly lightweight (weight of the Voronoï helmet: +/-650g).

Freejump has drawn inspiration from bicycle and ski helmet technology by integrating a polycarbonate plate directly on top of the EPS. This molded technology of EPS with polycarbonate, combined with the outer shell of carbon fiber, offers exceptional impact resistance thanks to this 3-layer construction.
The helmet comes with a liner system so that the helmet can be easily adjusted and is supplied without it as standard.
